According to one of Frank's bodyguard the Dictator nearly killed his wife on Sunday night,before Frank Bainimarama the Dictator of tiny Island state Fiji in South Pacific left to address the United Nation general assembly,he pulled out his gun and pointed it between his wife Mary's eyes and told her that he will blow her brains off and no one can do anything about it according to our source on the ground over there.
It appears that the mad Dictator is going to pull another one in front of the world leaders in New York.
